Hi, I’m Celine — without the Dion. A Jakarta-born solopreneur raised by the world, shaped by curiosity, late-night conversations, and the belief that good things come from working with what you’ve got.
My Chinese name, 策凌 (Cè Líng), literally means “strategy” and “rise above.” Wild how that turned out to be my path. Strategy isn’t just a job for me — it’s a way of thinking, of making sense of chaos, and turning it into something cohesive.
I grew up in a family of five where we planned every detail to make moments feel magical. That foundation — grounded in empathy, resourcefulness, and structure — became the backbone of how I work.
After years honing my skills inside the corporate world, I stepped off the treadmill to build something of my own — a one-woman strategic studio helping like-minded founders and brands stay aligned, show up meaningfully, and avoid the burnout trap.
Here’s what I’ve learned: strategy and execution are inseparable. One without the other? It falls flat. A brilliant plan means nothing if it can’t be brought to life — and beautiful execution without clarity is just noise.
I’m here to bridge that gap. To remove the disjoint between thinking and doing. And when it comes to media budgets — sure, more spend helps, but impact comes from intention. Not just how much you spend, but how you show up.
