Taking a brand that works in Bali and making it work in Jakarta is not the same job. Different audience, different expectations, different speed.
Bali’s identity + Jakarta’s market = a direction that had to be familiar but feel new.
We handled everything from positioning to execution: brand and creative direction, social media, influencer outreach, and paid ads.
Opened at the end of February. Fully booked in the first week and kept growing from there.
